Pros
The pros of working for this school system were that you gain experience in the teaching field. I learned a lot that I would not have otherwise had I not gone through the process.
Cons
The school system is very unorganized and lack of efficiency is blamed on the teacher. Students are expected to all take the same exam in order to pass to the following grade and this does not work.
