Pros

- Growth: Rapid pace of professional growth that mirrors Ruggable's own growth - Empowerment: Loads of independence to operate and make key decisions at all levels of the organization - I get the sense that other reviewers may have been daunted by this and resorted to referring to it as 'lack of leadership'. - Action orientation: Encouragement from senior leadership to actually push the ball forward on critical initiatives to deliver awesome things for our customers and our employees (vs. lots of paper pushing and bureaucracy that I've seen at my previous employers). - Culture: People here are passionate about what we do and constructively challenge each other to do even better. I can truly say I'm having lots of fun at work each day. Our company values are actually reflected in the awesome support and collaboration across teams, a rarity in the business world.

Cons

- Growth: The speed of movement here is almost always exciting, but can be overwhelming at times. I think we should continue to look for opportunities to celebrate wins and slow down where doing so would not adversely impact Ruggable's growth trajectory. - Benefits: They are OK, but leave much to be desired. I am glad to see this is on senior leadership's radar and that they are aggressively working to make improvements here. I'm not too worried - purely a function of our rapid growth where things like employee benefits are just trailing slightly behind.

Pros

The company offers a fast-paced work environment where employees can gain broad experience and take ownership of important projects. Some teams work well together, and employees often have the chance to improve processes and solve real operational problems. Benefits are competitive, and the casual work environment may appeal to some employees.

Cons

Career growth opportunities are limited, and advancement paths are not always clear. Employees may take on more responsibility without receiving a promotion, title change, or matching pay. Priorities can shift often, and teams are sometimes expected to meet high goals without enough staffing, planning, or system support. Communication and accountability can vary across departments. The overall experience depends heavily on the employee’s manager and leadership team.
