Pros

The designers are all fantastic humans anyone would be so so lucky to work with. They deserve so much better than this place.

Cons

Oh, where do I start. JOIN THE CULT OF RUGGABLE! If you do not join in our extra curricular activities, of which there are many (happy hours, birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, etc etc etc. ) then you will be looked down upon even though they are not mandatory. If you do not play the game you do not get a raise. Enjoy the many amenities we have here such as: on tap kombucha, left over booze in the fridge, bagels, screeching air conditioning vent that never ever stops, uncomfortable chairs, the promise of ergonomics but no delivery, and unlimited PTO that if you use too much you will also be looked down upon (fired) Enjoy taking our many many "anonymous" surveys that you are encouraged to be as honest as possible about how you feel working here and about your leads. Are you a creative person who has thoughts and ideas and experience? Well you've come to the wrong place! Here at Ruggable we only want you to copy something we found on pinterest but dont copy it too much so we done get sued but make it match. You just push button, make rug. Good. Join Ruggable if you wanna feel like youre in college again and be treated like a child.

Pros

The company offers a fast-paced work environment where employees can gain broad experience and take ownership of important projects. Some teams work well together, and employees often have the chance to improve processes and solve real operational problems. Benefits are competitive, and the casual work environment may appeal to some employees.

Cons

Career growth opportunities are limited, and advancement paths are not always clear. Employees may take on more responsibility without receiving a promotion, title change, or matching pay. Priorities can shift often, and teams are sometimes expected to meet high goals without enough staffing, planning, or system support. Communication and accountability can vary across departments. The overall experience depends heavily on the employee’s manager and leadership team.
