Pros
Good discount on products. Offices were nice. Equipment and IT was very efficient.
Cons
Layoffs were handled terribly here, as someone who chose to leave and watched 1/3 of the company get let go randomly without any clear communication was horrible. I even had to tell my manager that she was laid off because she hadn't seen the email sent from the company and was just logged out of her computer. They expand laterally way too much and do not focus on their existing products, leading to questionable revenue and profits. The management is not great at representing staff and they seem to get moved up very frequently after lower levels are told it would be 18 months+ before promotions. There is no ability to branch out into other areas of the company or learn because of their poor organization skills.
