Just like many of the other reviews, they somehow manage to trick strong junior talent into joining.

TIP: if you are seriously interviewing to join the company, please just read through these reviews first and/or reach out to previous employees that worked their. I guarantee you will save yourself a lot of disappoint and trickery from joining this terrible company. -The entire leadership team is incapable and out of touch with how to manage an organization. They ONLY care about their own equity and will throw away anyone that isn't drinking from their false kool-aid. -Spent years making zero investment in employee engagement and culture and now have been paying the price since it finally became apparent just how bad leadership was. They treat humans as fully disposable. -Could not agree more from the other reviews that the former COO (now President) is incapable.
