Pros

>Unlimted PTO >Everyone but upper leadership are the most intelligent, kind, and hard working people I've ever worked alongside

Cons

For starters, the company is running itself to the ground. They have an entire team of incredibly driven and smart talent but they are ruining it with every mass layoff, lack of promotions, constant re-orgs, constant "shifts" in priorities, leaving everyone in at least 1 of 3 positions: (1) scared of losing their job (2) completely burnt out from too many layoffs and/or (3) completely unmotivated to complete any tasks that will take longer than 1 week because it will likely be scrapped or you'll be laid off by the next week. Upper management / extended leadership have no idea what they are doing and are so insecure that they lay off anyone who goes against their decisions or questions their leadership. Its chaotic and inexperienced at best and toxic misogyny at worst; it's clear they favor white men over anyone else so unless you're an ex-consultant and/or a white male - good luck getting promoted. . They are completely out of touch, inexperienced, and seem extremely frantic all the time. I honestly have no idea what they get paid to do except slow us down in our day-to-day with their "urgent updates" and constant "shifts in priorities." I've also asked for a job description and detailed roles and responsibilities of my job as well as the title above me since the first day I started working here and I'm still waiting... HR couldn't even tell me what my job title was the last time I spoke with them! They also implemented a return-to-office policy and tried to frame it as something WE asked for stating that we "all wanted to feel more connected with each other at the company" and they said that coming into the office will "increase productivity" (load of BS). We went from optional hybrid to on-site 3x week (mon-wed). As someone who has always been a full-time and/or hybrid office employee due to the nature of my job, I can tell you for sure that no one asked for this. Then they told us that they would be taking feedback and updating things as needed, many people asked what metrics they used to measure current productivity and how are they assessing if productivity actually increases? We also asked if the feedback was unanimously negative would they walk back return-to-office? And of course they did not address either questions/feedback. I have survived 2+ layoffs, countless re-orgs, a change in CEO and time and time again they never fail to let their employees down. Also speaking of, when it comes to layoffs this place is insane with how they handle them. If you're lucky enough to get more than an email - I heard you get about 30 seconds with your manager, 0 time to ask your manager questions, then the rest of the time is spent with HR who literally knows nothing about you or your department. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Pros

The company offers a fast-paced work environment where employees can gain broad experience and take ownership of important projects. Some teams work well together, and employees often have the chance to improve processes and solve real operational problems. Benefits are competitive, and the casual work environment may appeal to some employees.

Cons

Career growth opportunities are limited, and advancement paths are not always clear. Employees may take on more responsibility without receiving a promotion, title change, or matching pay. Priorities can shift often, and teams are sometimes expected to meet high goals without enough staffing, planning, or system support. Communication and accountability can vary across departments. The overall experience depends heavily on the employee’s manager and leadership team.
