Pros

Flexible hours if you are part time. Can work a lot of overtime. Got acquired by AMR parent company so it is better now.

Cons

Management is not very good. They constantly contact you to pick up shifts and sometimes do unethical things because lack for resources. Everyone seems negative about the company.

Pros

Straightforward with their expectations of you leading up and going into the academy.

Cons

There is no room for error. If you’re not in good physical condition and think you’ll improve while in the academy you’re wrong. You need to already be in good shape or they will run you ragged for it. It’s either you’re ready or you’re not and if you’re not then they will make it as miserable as possible to test you and either you quit or they fire you.
