Pros

Experience one would get in a very high volume agency. Comradery with fellow Co-workers. The option to move up in certification level and having it reimbursed or paid for by the company. Knowing you will have steady employment and plenty experience waiting you in the wonderful city of Rochester NY

Cons

Poor communication from local and corporate management to the employees. No acknowladgement from managers IE; good job, thanks for working overtime to cover needed shifts, thank you for performing well, thanks for staying late to cover the busy rush of calls for service. Double and tripple standards from certain managers. The Union and its representation does not look out for the best interest of its due paying members.
