Pros

It was a paycheck but not much more. Their were some great individuals, all newer employees, but most left within the time frame I was there.

Cons

VERY challenging work environment due to people and management. There is no communication largely because management can't make a decision and stick to the course. Because everyone was afraid for their jobs, no one was willing to help anyone else or go beyond their scope of work. No sense of belonging or community.

Pros

Straightforward with their expectations of you leading up and going into the academy.

Cons

There is no room for error. If you’re not in good physical condition and think you’ll improve while in the academy you’re wrong. You need to already be in good shape or they will run you ragged for it. It’s either you’re ready or you’re not and if you’re not then they will make it as miserable as possible to test you and either you quit or they fire you.
