Pros

Great field personnel, eager to learn and be professionals. Captain level employees are top notch. free training.

Cons

Upper management lacks the skill and knowledge to lead effectively, equipment is outdated in some areas, still using LP12'sn and Phillips monitors. Trucks are cheap, mismatched and always breaking down with no suitable backup units. Turnover rate is high.

Pros

Straightforward with their expectations of you leading up and going into the academy.

Cons

There is no room for error. If you’re not in good physical condition and think you’ll improve while in the academy you’re wrong. You need to already be in good shape or they will run you ragged for it. It’s either you’re ready or you’re not and if you’re not then they will make it as miserable as possible to test you and either you quit or they fire you.
