No pros whatsoever! Terrible place to work!

Cons

Animosity, terrible management, sexual harassment, they hire their buddies from Braceville and treat them better, no accountability, no leadership, lieutenants are horrible and unprofessional, laziness, boss comes to work drunk most days or hungover, smells like alcohol most days, old equipment, PAY IS ONLY $12.26 an hour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Low morale, DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!!!! Terrible boss that doesn’t deserve that to title. He is an embarrassment! The lack of accountability at this place is a astounding

Pros

Straightforward with their expectations of you leading up and going into the academy.

Cons

There is no room for error. If you’re not in good physical condition and think you’ll improve while in the academy you’re wrong. You need to already be in good shape or they will run you ragged for it. It’s either you’re ready or you’re not and if you’re not then they will make it as miserable as possible to test you and either you quit or they fire you.
