Pros
I got a pay check. But the sad part is it wasn't even enough to cover the very basic cost of living expenses, room, food, gas. Let alone any pleasure activities.
Cons
Management was very poor. They had no communication between one another. They would be advised of potential issues and just look the other way hoping they would resolve on their own. Work environment and moral was very very low management knew it and didn't care. We would usually get off 2 and 3 hrs late, rarely received our state mandated meal breaks, and would be asked to falsify documents in order for them to bill Medi-cal and Medicare for more money.
