Pros

Fun place to work. i loved every last minute of it. see a lot of things you normally wouldnt.

Cons

Life threats, can get pretty sick. make sure you keep ppe for yourself at all times or else you will get sick.

Pros

Straightforward with their expectations of you leading up and going into the academy.

Cons

There is no room for error. If you’re not in good physical condition and think you’ll improve while in the academy you’re wrong. You need to already be in good shape or they will run you ragged for it. It’s either you’re ready or you’re not and if you’re not then they will make it as miserable as possible to test you and either you quit or they fire you.
