Pros

Not any that come to mind, it was a really negative experience as far as work environment and leadership.

Cons

Very slow company growth but steady at the time. They informed us that if we did qualify for a raise it would be no more than .5 cents per year. The work load was very heavy as well.

Pros

Straightforward with their expectations of you leading up and going into the academy.

Cons

There is no room for error. If you’re not in good physical condition and think you’ll improve while in the academy you’re wrong. You need to already be in good shape or they will run you ragged for it. It’s either you’re ready or you’re not and if you’re not then they will make it as miserable as possible to test you and either you quit or they fire you.
