Good atmosphere, and the work with kids

-Teacher is dependent from the review of the parents. -Must give the student B or above, even if they don't deserve a D in the class...Just so they can KEEP the student in class and get their money -Teacher with experience is not tolerated there, because most of the workers there are without an experience such icomonists, engineers... -The time when the students are in their break the teacher is responsible for the student, however, this time is NOT PAYED ...whууу?? Comparing to public schools.. -If you are working on Sundays they pay you as regular...not 1/2 -If the studens are 3 in the class, or gets cancel because of not many students in class it is the TEACHERS FAUT...even if the students has a reason to drop from classes it is still teachers FAUT
