Pros
Great co-workers, flexible schedule, great math program
Cons
Underpaid, Underpaid, Underpaid. You will have low wages and will do a lot of unpaid work, for instance, grading tests, communicating with parents, preparing report cards, etc. The salary increase will be around $1-$2 per year (this is lower than the inflation rates in some States (!) ) with extra delays because of some 'uncertainties' from managers. The bonus you'll get will depend on the number of re-enrolled students which brings extra unpaid work with the parents. I strongly believe, keeping the enrollment rate high is NOT the responsibility of teachers. The managers should hire professionals for this. A lot of teachers stay here for a short period and then leave. It is fair enough if it's your first work and you don't have other opportunities, but it is better to leave this company as soon as possible.
