Excellent Educational Benefits Good Docs, especially Orthopedists OK benefits If you are part-time, you can have a decent schedule

Cons

Becoming very corporate Small community hospital--- lots of drug and obesity related chronic patients Management constantly changing, but changes are superficial No help with vacation scheduling. You must find your own coverage.

Cons

Hospital position - benefits good, but don't allow for much leniency in terms of life events, sickness, kids, etc.; no paid maternity/paternity/parental leave
