Heavy workload, no communication! Low employee morale. Most employees hate their jobs or their managers but have learned the hard way that our HR Dept has no power to do anything! Afraid to rock any boats. So depressing because they know they "have you" since there are no other decent paying jobs in Rutland. If you go to HR to complain or for help - forget about ever moving up or to a different dept! Black listed.
