Pros
The onsite medical clinic. It's the same as when you go to any regular doctor's office. You get free diabetic screening's/medication and supplies. a lot of no cost prescription's. Free physicals and blood work and much more. I loved it. Saves a lot of money. You do have to have insurance in order to use the clinic. They do have insurance and 401 K, short/long term disability, dental & vision
Cons
Not enough pay, No fairness, favoritism even from supervisor's/management, cannot change positions without starting all over including, but not limited to being interviewed for that position (they do not care how long you have been with the company, you still start over) Seniority means absolutely nothing!! ( I worked there for 8 years & I lost my position due to downsizing, trust me I know!) high turn over rates," no fault" attendance policy (your allowed up to 8 point's then terminated) no sick or personal days. no heat/air conditioning unless you work in plant 2, a lot of times there is way entirely to much overtime. I could go on, but I'm going to stop there.
