Pay is 13.00 that is all.

Cons

You are not allowed to be hospitalized because you may be fired, you cannot schedule dr appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays because those are the busiest work days and your requests will be denied, your schedule is changed very often and you just have to deal with it,doesnt matter what schedule you were hired for because you will not be allowed to leave until every order is picked and packed, when you ask questions of the manager and leads you will get a smart remark and feel like it is pointless to even try to talk to them,No doctor notes are excepted at all our schedule has changed at least 5 times since November and they do not care if it doesn't work for you.

Thank you for your feedback. I can understand your frustration with the change and learning that occurs when expanding and opening a new building. We want our associates to know that their priorities are our priorities. We don’t want any associate to feel discouraged to take time off when ill. We are confident that our attendance policy was created to allow our employees to take that time along with the Time off Benefits (Sick, Personal, Vacation) provided throughout the year. We place a high value on our associates here at SS Activewear and always encourage them to connect with their local HR department about any concerns. Pros

Great pay and health benefits. The company started off as an excellent place to work even though the work life demand is outrageous it can be tolerated with some understanding of the apparel industry.

Cons

Extremely unreliable HR and excecutive management. I knew these people for years and once I had an issue they just turned their back on me and acted like I never was a good associate (even though I had excellent reviews for over 5 years straight). Local HR is so afraid to question anything from the corporate office they just agree with whatever no matter what the poor decision does to the local staff and moral. If you aren't buying the upper managements BS then you are the newest target of their aggression. Even the regional directors are afraid of upper management. Corporate are nothing more than a bunch of puppets...
