Pros
Concur hires the best of the best. Intelligent, driven, thoughtful profiles are hired. Previously I'd often feel like the most invested or creative one in the room and here, it is everywhere. Compensation is very competitive with manageable workload. Enablement is tremendously impressive within Customer Success. Familial culture, SAP has a tremendous integrity to its operating that is unique in tech.
Cons
In Customer Success at SAP Concur, the leadership is stale, hiring only their friends. Some of the Directors that have been there for years are terrible people managers but remain in good standing due to their ruthless data-fication of the business. They use numbers as leverage and treat employees as numbers for own career/personal gain. This is unveiled and everyone is aware of it. They are not interested in the career development or growth of their employees and have made it known to the teams. The leadership remains stagnant and actively diminish creative minds.
