Very weak senior leadership that would rather re-org than admit they have terrible leaders. Product Leader substitutes mandated forcing functions for good leadership and calls it success. Senior engineering talent and knowledge is leaving in droves as a result of the poor leadership, and seems incapable of hiring any competent replacements.
