Pros

Super easy work Get to travel occasionally, although sometimes to bad areas Work at your own pace for the most part, plenty of time to mingle as you work if you know what you're doing No interview for me or 3 other employees, easy in easy out

Cons

No training Paycheck gets messed up frequently Very poor communication from supervisors/management Constantly hear complaints about company from other employees, at least in Southern California, I'm sure other states have different experiences Work becomes very inconsistent during the holidays and sometimes on non-holidays because they hire too many people Employees were terrible at their jobs. There were plenty of people there longer than me and I always had to help them or fix their work when they were 'done.' Seriously, people would drink/smoke on the job and just be lazy all day trying to push it to overtime

Pros

• You work Mon-Thurs. Weekends are always free • You’re entitled to two breaks, a 30 minute unpaid break and a 15 minute paid break.

Cons

• This job will destroy your body. Lifting, kneeling, squatting all day for minimum wage is not sustainable. Nobody should have to work so hard for breadcrumbs in return. • Management will try to rush you to get the project done, which increases your risk of injury and products falling/breaking open • The hours are vary wildly depending on the project assigned. Sometimes you work 4-5 hours, sometimes closer to 9-10. Don’t bother making an appointment on your work day, because you probably won’t make it • Gas reimbursement is a joke, about a couple of dollars, and will not cover the full expense of your travel • Step stools can be hard to come by. You may have to stand on a milk crate. Cross your fingers that it doesn’t break
