Pros

The hours are great and easy for people with children or school.

Cons

Management does not care about their employees, they never even get to know the employees because you rarely meet them in person. The people you directly work with are great but your supervisor will never know if you are a good worker or just a body. The people who work hard and go above and beyond will never get recognition because management does not care about you or your work Pay is also a negative because you never get a raise

Pros

• You work Mon-Thurs. Weekends are always free • You’re entitled to two breaks, a 30 minute unpaid break and a 15 minute paid break.

Cons

• This job will destroy your body. Lifting, kneeling, squatting all day for minimum wage is not sustainable. Nobody should have to work so hard for breadcrumbs in return. • Management will try to rush you to get the project done, which increases your risk of injury and products falling/breaking open • The hours are vary wildly depending on the project assigned. Sometimes you work 4-5 hours, sometimes closer to 9-10. Don’t bother making an appointment on your work day, because you probably won’t make it • Gas reimbursement is a joke, about a couple of dollars, and will not cover the full expense of your travel • Step stools can be hard to come by. You may have to stand on a milk crate. Cross your fingers that it doesn’t break
