Pros

None unless your a complete brown noser who loves to gossip

Cons

Unprofessional - supervisors talking crap about employees - they also have no issues talking about your personal life or anything to do with you Unorganized - management cant make a schedule to save their life Plays favorites - will talk down to you and completely disrespect you in front of all employees New hires will get hired on making more money than someone who has been with the company - LIARS - manipulative - if your in crunch time and need help do not expect managers to come get their hands dirty .. They will fire you but than fry to twist it and say you quit - I have to say unfortunately this is by far the worst ran company Ive ever in my life have seen i loved my job - just not the company .. The list goes on and on

Pros

• You work Mon-Thurs. Weekends are always free • You’re entitled to two breaks, a 30 minute unpaid break and a 15 minute paid break.

Cons

• This job will destroy your body. Lifting, kneeling, squatting all day for minimum wage is not sustainable. Nobody should have to work so hard for breadcrumbs in return. • Management will try to rush you to get the project done, which increases your risk of injury and products falling/breaking open • The hours are vary wildly depending on the project assigned. Sometimes you work 4-5 hours, sometimes closer to 9-10. Don’t bother making an appointment on your work day, because you probably won’t make it • Gas reimbursement is a joke, about a couple of dollars, and will not cover the full expense of your travel • Step stools can be hard to come by. You may have to stand on a milk crate. Cross your fingers that it doesn’t break
