Pros

Guaranteed 40/hrs a week, gas reimbursement after 30 mins of driving, per diem, pto, paid sick time. One of the better paying reset companies out there. Ability to transfer to different divisions to widen your experience and see how things are done differently at other retail chains.

Cons

Can be monotonous if youre immediate work is done too fast. I once finished a reset too fast and ended up having to condition and face the store for 4 hrs. This was when I was at the whole foods division and most other divisions resets will have you busy the whole time. On occasion drive time and gas reimbursement can be off.

Pros

• You work Mon-Thurs. Weekends are always free • You’re entitled to two breaks, a 30 minute unpaid break and a 15 minute paid break.

Cons

• This job will destroy your body. Lifting, kneeling, squatting all day for minimum wage is not sustainable. Nobody should have to work so hard for breadcrumbs in return. • Management will try to rush you to get the project done, which increases your risk of injury and products falling/breaking open • The hours are vary wildly depending on the project assigned. Sometimes you work 4-5 hours, sometimes closer to 9-10. Don’t bother making an appointment on your work day, because you probably won’t make it • Gas reimbursement is a joke, about a couple of dollars, and will not cover the full expense of your travel • Step stools can be hard to come by. You may have to stand on a milk crate. Cross your fingers that it doesn’t break
