Pros

You got out early but get paid for a full 7 hours.

Cons

Poor training, impatient with new workers, staff is unfriendly and seem to think they are superior because they understand the menial and boring tasks, not for someone with an education at all. Infact anyone with any type of credential or training would be overqualified and find the job to be highly annoying. Nobody takes time to train you and staff is unfriendly. Not much diversity. Everyone, is Hispanic and nobody seems to speak English.

Pros

Weekends off, you can take off anytime you want. You just need to let them know before the schedule is made.

Cons

Don't use the open door policy or contact h.r. They will retaliate and schedule you off more then the other members on the team. Give you easy projects so you only get 5 hours or less a day. I guess they don't know that you can pull up your tax information to prove how much your hours have been cut. Seniority means nothing. The schedule usually comes out just a few days before the new wave. Your email will be filled with diversity and inclusion emails.
