This company is quickly approaching rock-bottom. There is HUGE employee turnover. Many of my friends are fighting not to leave because they have worked here all their lives and love what SAS USED to be. Morale for the factory works is at an all-time low. The company keeps forcing the factory workers to take serious pay cuts and are making supply decisions that make it harder for the workers to complete their work on time. Everyone is overworked. Factory workers can't stand their supervisors; supervisors are scared and forced to pander to greedy management.
