Pros
Today marks two years since being fired from this company, and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. I'm not even kidding! I loved this company so much and was heartbroken when I initially left, but hindsight truly is 20/20. I saw the writing on the wall and was planning my exit anyway. I managed to get hired on with another company the very next week for the same amount of pay.
Cons
This company is a joke. They screw their employees over every chance they can get. They used to make me pay for all of my own travel costs and then I'd spend the next month trying to justify getting my money back. I once had to deliver turkeys for Thanksgiving to over twenty store locations to every employee at every store within a ten day period and I had to pay for it ALL OUT OF POCKET!! It literally took me over two months to get the majority of my money back (I managed to get my check about a week before they canned me). They've lost almost every loyal employee they had over these past few years and their sales have tanked. This company is a burning building and its time to get out! And for the record, I was fired for something that wasn't even against policy!! But I have no hate for you now. You did me a favor and my life is truly better for it. I have a better life, and a dream job now and I owe it all in part to your idiotic business practices. So thank you and happy anniversary.
