Wants to get into wireless telecommunications but have no idea how wireless telecom projects are managed, but managers think they know everything and are not open to critique or willing to change, and in fact the managers become offended at even the idea they could be wrong. They are steeped in the old school management style that dictates to subordinates instead of building teams. Employees are scattered in fragmented departments competing with each other. This may be fine for continuing as is, but if you want to compete in fluid, competitive industry like telecom, then an internal and cultural shake up is required. Manage is living in the era of 0's corporate America. No sense of urgency or creativity and does not like to even consider that maybe they are not as smart as they think they are.
