SASCO is not for everyone. Must be hardworking, willing to put your head down and get it done. Lots of satisfaction in achieving results. Great compensation and health benefits. Good 401K opportunity. The people make the difference.

Good atmosphere, management is nice and supportive and genuinely cares. Benefits are paid for 100%.

Cons

Owner/CEO is a PR nightmare and has some medical issues that he can take out on employees from time to time.
