Pros
There is constant evolution happening which makes for never a dull moment. There are many opportunities to grow beyond what your current capabilities are if you are willing to put in the work and be patient. The people are amazing to work with and the seasoned employees have an immense amount of pride and dedication. SASCO has been very proactive with the Covid Pandemic making sure that we have job security and that everyone feels safe coming to work each day. I am happy to call this place my home away from home. It is a big family that has drama like everyone else but they also have always had my back.
Cons
Sometimes the delivery of messages from management could be better but at the heart of everything they care about the future of the company and the employees. Not everyone can thrive in the 50+ year old established culture but those who are not afraid to get some bumps and bruises have the opportunity to obtain some amazing accomplishments that many wish they could add to their resume.
