The line of work is interesting and coworkers seem passionate about some of the niche product lines.

Cons

CEO is weird (walking around the office barefoot, weird) and does not appreciate staff. Everyone is replaceable in his eyes. This mindset means pay is low and opinions or ideas are undervalued.
