Modern campus, robust training program with friendly teachers, WFH 2 days a week (being reduced to 1), convenient on-campus services

Low pay, training is largely irrelevant to your actual job, increasingly awkward focus on AI, absolute NIGHTMARE of an office environment if you are at all introverted or value privacy. You work at a desk, no partition or separation, in a large room with 100+ other employees and your supervisors at the end of the row with their desks turned to face you. Teams are frequently understaffed due to high turnover, so overtime is often available and mandatory. Lots of micromanaging and measuring of mystery metrics that will be brought up when your managers get upset.
