      Lenient with experience requirements (it’s beneficial for the person being hired but it’s questionable for the people receiving the service)

      Pros

      Consumers were awesome and some staff. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Poor pay, horrible management, no one takes accountability, lack of teamwork and cohesion. They are concerned over dollars and not people (both staff and consumers).
