      Honestly, I have been with the company for a few years and I truly believe it is a good place to work, good people, excellent benefits, great staff, good starting salary for Residential Counselors.       Pros

      Consumers were awesome and some staff. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Poor pay, horrible management, no one takes accountability, lack of teamwork and cohesion. They are concerned over dollars and not people (both staff and consumers).
