      Highly stressful and the company puts you at great risk because very often you are the only staff on duty supervising residents.

      Pros

      Consumers were awesome and some staff. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Poor pay, horrible management, no one takes accountability, lack of teamwork and cohesion. They are concerned over dollars and not people (both staff and consumers).
