Thank you for your comments. Over the past year, SERV Behavioral Health System has made some of the most significant salary increases in its almost 50-year history across the entire organization. To encourage our team members to grow their careers within SERV, we have also increased our tuition benefits program to support their educational pursuits. Like many employers, SERV has faced challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has included staffing-related challenges.
