Pros

-The consumers are the ones that make the job worthwhile. And if you have a team you actually have a good rapport with and help pull their weight. -A paycheck. Not one you deserve for all you're expected to do, but a paycheck.

Cons

Tone-deaf higher-ups. As long as they're getting theirs, they're cool, I guess. -Expectations from management/supervisors. You hear from them for criticism, but rarely for praise. -Low morale. Otherwise dedicated staff have resigned themselves to operating at the bare minimum. Many if not most teams perpetually understaffed.

Pros

Consumers were awesome and some staff. Decent benefits.

Cons

Poor pay, horrible management, no one takes accountability, lack of teamwork and cohesion. They are concerned over dollars and not people (both staff and consumers).
