Thank you for your comments. We agree! The individuals in our care are fantastic, and they are the reason we come to work every day. SERV Behavioral Health System is a mission-driven organization. We are all about the people in our care and the people on our team. SERV provides many avenues of communication, both in live meetings and written content, including a weekly newsletter. Watch out for Town Hall Meetings and Wellbeing events where you can connect with your fellow team members throughout the organization. The salaries at SERV are highly competitive, and we are committed to helping individuals advance their careers. Far from a “dead end,” we are proud of our many Directors- and higher leaders who have risen through the ranks! We have a robust training program to help you get the skills you need for your unique aspirations. Our generous Tuition Reimbursement Policy has helped many of your colleagues get the degrees they needed to move into positions with more responsibility. Speak to your manager for more information, and good luck!

Pros

Consumers were awesome and some staff. Decent benefits.

Cons

Poor pay, horrible management, no one takes accountability, lack of teamwork and cohesion. They are concerned over dollars and not people (both staff and consumers).
