The experience you described is not consistent with our expectations for teamwork and core values. We agree that staff have great ideas for management relationships! We have several committees in place to seek out and implement staff ideas and to promote better communication among the teams. There are committees dedicated to wellbeing, health/safety, human rights, and more. We would love to have you participate- simply contact a member of the Quality and Compliance or Human Resources teams for more information.
