We agree that staff have great ideas for management relationships! We have several committees in place to seek out and implement staff ideas and to promote better communication among the teams. There are committees dedicated to wellbeing, health/safety, human rights, and more. Pros

Consumers were awesome and some staff. Decent benefits.

Cons

Poor pay, horrible management, no one takes accountability, lack of teamwork and cohesion. They are concerned over dollars and not people (both staff and consumers).
