Pros

Good place to grow if you’re willing to put in the work. Opportunities for career growth and a pension if you can make it to 5 years. I also built some really great relationships there.

Cons

Work-life "integration" is basically nonexistent. Constant fire drills lead to long hours, nights and weekends. Leadership feels pretty disconnected from day-to-day teams. Frequent layoffs and reorgs hurt morale and leave teams scrambling, and pay tends to stagnate over time.

Pros

They didn't end up have Elon speak in the end.

Cons

Out of touch CEO invited Elon Musk to speak at SHRM conference while thousands of federal workers were getting DOGEd. Need I say more?
