Pros
The benefits here are very, very difficult to beat. They're great. Flexible work hours and the ability to have telecommute days for staff are also big plusses.
Cons
Then there's everything else. It's been said by many of the other reviews here. Very little room for advancement. Very resistant to change. Very skeptical of new ideas. Innovation is virtually nonexistent in the culture of this organization. The same initiatives and projects continue year after year with very little change. As said before, "this is how it's always been done," or "like last year" are frequent utterances. Very top heavy organization. Directors and above make all of the decisions, leaving managers powerless to aid their staff, leaving their staff voiceless. If you're not a director or above, your voice is never heard. Too many people seem interested in scoring victories for themselves, than working to benefit the organization as a whole. In general, this organization does not practice what it preaches internally.
