Diversity of thought is not welcomed. Working in an environment such as this will cost you your sanity and health. Many of the employees are not qualified for their roles but they are great followers and fear for security. I don’t blame them. Not fitting into the “culture” or being “misaligned” is what these weird people like to say but really it’s a “don’t question anything or else.” The research they to push out is flimsy, redundant, and late. It should not be taken seriously or as novel. In my time there I saw a minimum of 10 people disappear from leadership down to entry level, only to find out later they were fired or left for a place that treated them like human beings. They also lobby for bills that are not in favor for the protection of workers. There was no respect for boundaries. Unlimited PTO is just a selling point for new hires. If you want to leave a place completely demoralized and uninspired this is the place for you.
