Society for Human Resource Management - Associate Director SHRM Employee Review

In my own words, I have always believed in the saying, “Practice What You Preach”, which really is only fair. It makes sense that you be the first one doing what you repeatedly tell people to do. In most of the modern age corporations, values are no more than words on paper. When I joined SHRM, I was aware of the size and importance of the organization, being the largest HR association in the world, we have a duty of setting an example to professionals, globally. I have to say, SHRM working environment has exceeded my expectations. From the truly humble and helpful leaders, to the recruitment and selection process, SHRM ensures all team members are the right fit. Not just professionally, but also ethically, and more so on the human side of things. SHRM truly practices what it preaches.
