Overall good place, some dissapointments - Admin SIC ENTERPRISE Employee Review

Benefits: great insurance, meals benefits, gym memberships, etc. Company is very supportive when they see your potential. You work directly with the upper management when it comes to major tasks or projects within the company. There are plenty of meetings/ discussions which may bring you closer with your colleagues and have a better understanding.

Room of improvement: Outdated system, ineffective training system for new hires, high levels of workload for employees due to an unorganized system. Company definitely needs a better system. Employees are highly dedicated and hard working, however, the current system creates an issue when it comes to making progress. It also impacts the performance.

Free Korean lunch is provided, which is a nice benefit.

Poor leadership, lack of communication, little to no training, low pay, and high employee turnover. Low compensation compared to the heavy workload, resulting in a revolving door of employees. Micro-management is rampant; punctuality is overemphasized while actual employee support is non-existent. Employees are treated like janitors, forced to clean restrooms, vacuum, and empty trash bins. Toxic corporate culture that demands submissive behavior—such as mandatory greetings whenever the CEO enters or exits—and fosters a negative atmosphere by constantly trashing past employees.
