Pros
Great place to get your foot in the door in Financial Services. Good holiday parties and friendly colleagues. Most of management has an open door policy. President of the US subsidiary is great leader in both good and bad times.
Cons
Very reactive attitude, rather than proactive. Often hires externally at times when internal would probably be more appropriate. Several employees, have a "not my problem" kind of attitude leading to lack of ownership.
