Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are pleased that you agree on the work-life-balance within SIX. We regret that you have raised less positive points, particularly with regard to leadership. We take this feedback very seriously and assure you that we are constantly analyzing the issue internally and taking targeted measures. We are constantly launching internal training and development courses on the topic of leadership. Customer focus is an important concern for us, and we have anchored it in our strategy. The recently conducted customer survey shows that we are on the right track with a customer satisfaction rating of 8.08 on a scale of 1 to 10.
