Very interesting projects with real world implementation moving the Swiss fintech
Cons
Upper management says that we have decided for a collective bonus and for that the exceptional employees will be promoted. Then you get a couple of times “exceeded expectations” in the yearly reviews and they come up with unrealistic goals to get promoted long term. Nice way to demotivate the employees.
