We constantly re-evaluate and benchmark our current benefits programs against the market so our benefits programs always stay competitive. This is just one aspect of how we take care of our employees. We also care deeply about our amazing SK People’s wellbeing. That’s why we host regular fun activities and events even during COVID-19 to allow employees to engage with each other. Currently, we are utilizing multiple channels to recruit talents and employee referral is just one of several we use.
